Reflecting on 2022 and a peek into Anagram's plan for 2023

As 2022 comes to an end, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support of Anagram and our mission to help eye care providers make quality eye care accessible to more patients than ever before. This year, like most, has been full of ups and downs; many things worth celebrating and a few things we’d be pleased to never see again. As an organization, we’ve never been better: we’re leaner, stronger, more profitable and have made a number of significant changes to what we’re able to provide for our customers.

In 2023, we will be announcing new products and features that will further strengthen Anagram’s position as the leading technology company supporting the private pay ecosystem in eye care. We're going to continue improving every aspect of Anagram including Spyglass, Prosper, and Access.

Spyglass

This year we launched our publication to further drive the success of eye care practices. We’ve built partnerships with optometrists, opticians, ophthalmologists, CEOs and business leaders and have written articles about e-commerce, telehealth, dry eye, marketing, dispensary design, frames, lenses, staff training and development and more. The reception has been overwhelming: we’ve seen readership and engagement consistently grow month-over-month. We’re excited to see Spyglass opening up conversations across the industry.

Prosper

We launched Prosper to help practices better understand their material costs, partner with amazing suppliers, and improve capture rates. Prosper has amplified capture rates and multiple pair sales across the country. Stay tuned, we’ll soon be announcing the launch of consolidated billing and lab ordering directly in Anagram.

Access

We made our flagship product, now known as Access, better than ever by improving the interface and adding a number of new features. We envision Access as the insurance operating system for eye care providers. For our existing customers, we will soon be introducing a feature that many of you have been asking for: in-network vision plan billing.
